Saida — November 2025.. On the occasion of World Nutrition Day, Al Moasat Association in Saida organized a special activity that reflected its mission to promote healthy awareness and balanced nutritional culture, through the distribution of healthy meals — produced by Al Moasat Catering Kitchen — to the Association’s departments, staff, Al Salam Mosque and the Zakat Fund in Saida.

The activity was attended by the Association’s President Mrs. Rola Ansari, members of the Administrative Board, and the Association’s Director Mrs. Ghaidaa Al-Dirzi, along with administrative and teaching staff. Attendees stressed the importance of such initiatives in cultivating responsible eating habits and community values among young generations.

Mrs. Ansari emphasized that this activity “expresses Al Moasat’s ongoing commitment to spreading healthy nutritional habits as an essential part of public health — especially under difficult economic conditions where balanced and sustainable nutrition becomes even more necessary.”

She added: “Through Al Moasat Kitchen, we aim to present a living practical model that connects between vocational education and social service at the same time.”

From her side, Mrs. Al-Dirzi highlighted that this initiative “reflects the integration between the Association’s departments working as one team — to serve both the individual and society.”

The Association confirmed that this initiative will be repeated in upcoming stages as part of its health and educational programs — keeping Al Moasat a beacon of giving and human solidarity in Saida and Lebanon.
